I have an alarm set. I feel it absolutely cannot hurt. Even if it's been a horrible day and we just take that minute to breathe and center ourselves, it's a positive. A concentrated effort is bound to make a difference.

i have a prayer circle at 3 am East coast time I have been doing for healing. It is a quiet time and for some reason I wake up at 3 am. So if anyone has friends who are battling cancer or other problems, feel free to lift them up in prayer. I do not think the supreme being cares what we call them, so feel free to use whatever honorific fits your faith. I would be honored to join you in your nation healing 10 pm prayer, bless us and save us, amen.
Ordered voodoo doll, a generic one as I can’t even stand the sight of CF long enough to even poke it with a pin. Love the idea. I ordered a voodoo doll when my dad married the gold digger after my mom passed. It gave me a physical relief to poke it with a pin sometimes once, sometimes many times and sometimes I was able to not think about gold digger aka Devil Woman.
I love this! I've been posting a nightly prayer since THE January 6, which began as prayers for democracy and our nation. They cover many other topics now, but frequently our country. While I don't think God smites people in the Biblical way, I do believe praying for healing in our nation will have many positive effects. There is power (of some kind!) in prayer! I'm spiritual, not religious. I do send a request to my guides nightly. I believe in your idea of prayer. It would help if many were thinking/praying about the same thing. I believe the Universe might hear. I may get a voo-doo doll.
I'm in and there is a voodoo doll in my future. I already have a "Dammit Doll" that you hit the wall with when things aren't going well. That will do until there a "CF" voodoo doll.
Haha, my daughter was horrified when I told her voodoo dolls can be bought on Amazon. With her straight up military background, she couldn’t conceive of that. Of course, I thought it hilarious but then again, I’ve reached the point in my long life, that I can laugh and be silly. Such is life…we have to have some levity just to keep it in perspective. Else we’ll be drowning in misery. Stay strong. 💪🏽 I will put a reminder on my calendar. You never know, and miracles have been known to happen. I will also dig out my Episcopal Rosary (that’s bracelet length, as we are a lazy bunch, and the Catholic Rosary takes too long), and add it to my prayer chain.
